Red Thread PR (RTPR), an independent public relations agency known for its strategic communications expertise, today announced the promotion of Amanda Conte to Associate Vice President. In this role, she will continue to lead strategic client partnerships while playing an expanded role in agency growth and team operations.
Since joining Red Thread PR in 2019, Amanda has played a key role in some of the agency’s most impactful work and milestones—including supporting the agency’s ongoing relationship with NJM Insurance, promoting the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, helping launch Owners Bank, and leading both the successful pitch and subsequent rebrand campaign for Fidium (formerly Consolidated Communications).

“Amanda has been instrumental in driving both client success and agency growth,” said Laura Emanuel, Managing Director at Red Thread PR. “Her ability to lead complex integrated campaigns, build strong client relationships, and mentor teams makes her an invaluable part of our agency’s leadership. This promotion reflects the impact she’s already made—and the role she’ll continue to play in shaping our future.”
As Associate Vice President, Amanda will continue to shape client strategy, mentor teams, drive new business efforts, and expand team capabilities through new tools and skill sets.
“I’m proud to continue growing alongside a team that is constantly pushing new boundaries to deliver creative solutions and business-altering results for our clients,” said Conte. “We have built something really special by challenging convention to deliver for our partners, and I’m excited about what’s next in our evolution.”
Before joining the agency, she held roles at performing arts organizations including Ensemble Arts Philly, The Philadelphia Orchestra, and the New York Philharmonic.
