In 2023, Red Thread PR executed a comprehensive public relations program for TruGreen designed to educate consumers about the value of professional lawn care services amid economic uncertainties. The campaign leveraged a blend of editorial placements, thought leadership initiatives, and original research to position TruGreen as a leading expert in lawn, tree, and pest services. Red Thread PR’s efforts resulted in more than 4,800 placements and generated more than 601 million impressions, which significantly increased TruGreen’s brand awareness and website traffic from potential customers.
Meanwhile, Owners Bank engaged Red Thread PR to support its launch as a digital bank designed to cater to the unique needs of small business owners. By spotlighting the bank’s services and approach through PESO campaigns, Red Thread PR raised awareness and credibility for the new bank in an already saturated market. The campaign leveraged earned media to establish the new brand and created significant consumer interest, particularly around the rollout of the “Get Paid Like a Boss” contest, which recognized the unseen effort of business owners and rewarded the hardest-working owners in key markets.
